“I usually come here and get my hair done and am satisfied with my hairstyle because I show pictures of what I want. For some reason this time my hair came out looking nothing like the pic I showed. I never cut my sideburns with my short haircut and the pic I showed clearly had the sideburns and for some reason they were just cut off. I figure I wait a day or two to get used to the style but that hasn't worked. I really wanted what I showed her in the pic.For a perm and cut I usually pay nomore than $75 this time I just went to get a wash and a cut and it cost me $90. I believe I was overcharged and on top of that didn't even get it done the way I wanted. Unfortunately after all my shopping around for hair places I thought I found a place with reasonable prices and was satisfied the first few times coming now I have to find someone else again ugh.”
